Alumni Spotlight (2020)

Brittiney Sempasa attended 午夜福利短篇 and was an active participant in the STEM Scholars Program. She is now a Junior at the University of California, Riverside majoring in Electrical Engineering. Prior to transferring to UCR, Brittiney was selected for the Bourns College of Engineering Summer Bridge Program, where she participated in research in machine learning earning a $5,000 stipend. Currently, she is involved in various student organizations such as Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Society of Women Engineers (SWE), and National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). Brittiney secured an internship with Northrop Grumman as a Systems Integration Test and Evaluations intern at the Aerospace Redondo Beach site. She also serves as the MESA Engineering Peer Mentor for Bourns College of Engineering.
