Mustang of the Month - December 2022

 

Chef Antonio leads an amazing team in the Corral where he connects with students and listens to their feedback for healthier and more diverse menus. Antonio鈥檚 nominator writes that he 鈥渆mbodies an authentic commitment to creating an inclusive space on campus that has truly become a vital hub for student activity because of his intentional effort to exemplify our diverse cultures through food and celebration.鈥� The entire campus can agree that catering options provided by Chef and his team truly elevate the culinary experience. These culinary delights are a labor of love as they are mostly hand-made to bring the cost of quality food down for our students. Chef Antonio鈥檚 inclusive approach and demonstrated commitment to diversity make him an ideal candidate for the Mustang of the Month award and I am honored to recognize his efforts.

Nominations are solicited from 午夜福利短篇 employees. The college president will select a recipient each month whose achievements fit the criteria.
