Wellness Events & Workshops

ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû¶Ìƪ Student Health Services offers Virtual Wellness Activities and Workshops throughout the academic year. These sessions provide a supportive space to learn, connect, and explore topics related to mental health and personal well-being.

Workshops and wellness groups are updated each term. Be sure to check back at the beginning of every term to see what is being offered. Please note that workshops are only available when classes are in session.

Prioritize your wellness by joining us to discover tools for managing stress, improving balance, and supporting your personal growth.

Participate in two workshops and earn a $10 Corral voucher. Vouchers are redeemable up to three times per semester and can be redeemed each term in Health Services.

Daytime Groups    

Monday: Motivation Monday at 9 am - Virtual:  

Motivational Monday provides students with success tools to manage stress and test anxiety, and techniques for time management. These student success webinars will ease the stressors of college and life.

Tuesday: Boost Your Mood at 9 am - Virtual:

A 6-week series to learn ways to manage sadness, decrease depressive symptoms, and boost your mood. Join any week.

Wednesday: Defeating Anxiety at 9 am - Virtual:

Group series to identify anxiety triggers and effective ways to manage anxiety. Feel free to join any week.

Thursday: Improving Sleep at 9 am - Virtual:

Group series to improve sleep through routine and healthy activities. Feel free to join any week.


Evening Groups

Tuesday: Managing Time at 5:30pm - Virtual: https://forms.office.com/r/riZuHsgB9h

Learn strategies to enhance your time management skills and decrease stress. We discuss new strategies every week.

Wednesday: Balancing Stress at 5:30pm - Virtual:

Join our 6-week series to identify stressors, manage stressors, and build support. Topics will repeat every 6 weeks.

Thursday: Wind Down Thursday at 5:30pm - Virtual:

Join us for Wind Down Thursday, a peaceful weekly session focused on relaxation and journaling. Each week, the mental health team will lead a calming exercise followed by a guided journaling activity.

Wellness Crawl & Farmers Market– Free Community Health Services!

ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû¶Ìƪ Health Services and Basic Needs & Wellness invite you to attend the Wellness Crawl & Farmers Market, presented in partnership with Riverside University Health System – Public Health (RUHS Public Health).

The event will feature our last Farmers Market for the fall term, offering fresh, affordable produce and free public health services for the community. Immunizations, STD testing, & health screenings will be provided by RUHS Public Health at no cost.
Enrolled RCCD students may also pick up a Healthy Eating Recipe Kit while supplies last.

Know the Signs Virtual Presentation

Learn how to talk about suicide, recognize warning signs and risk factors, and find support resources.

  • Thursday, November 20, 2025, 2–4 PM

Though warning signs are subtle, they are there.  By recognizing these signs, and knowing how to start a conversation & where to turn for help you have the power to make a difference, the power to save a life.

Course Information: Know the Signs is a statewide suicide prevention social marketing campaign built on three key messages: Know the signs. Find the words. Reach out. This campaign is intended to educate Californians on how to recognize the warning signs of suicide, how to find the words to have a direct conversation with someone in crisis, and where to find professional help and resources.
